Event Tools

When hosting or coordinating an event, there’s a lot of items in our toolbox that can be helpful to have within arms’ reach. Here’s a brief list:

Clipboard(s) | Pens/Sharpies | Extra Paper | Tape (clear, duct, masking, painters, packing)

Emergency Kit | Bobby & Safety Pins | Event Paperwork | Paperclips | Tide Pen

Scissors | Labels | Thumb Drive | Extra Chargers | Badges | Envelopes

Water | Personal Meds | Handkerchief (if outdoors) | Sunscreen/Bug Spray

Wagon or other storage container on wheels

Having these things at your disposal will allow you to be prepared should an issue arise and will further your reputation as someone who successfully anticipates needs. We also can’t forget to take care of ourselves, so don’t forget water or personal medication, and if you’re outdoors, protecting yourself from the sun and bugs is important too!
