Bringing People Together

I love event planning because I love bringing people together.

In the same vein, I’ve taken over a local networking group for female entrepreneurs called She Means Business.

When I started attending meetings over a year ago, I was super green and entering a world I knew nearly nothing about. Starting a business without a business background all on my own was really scary and daunting and I wondered every day how I was going to continue and make it successful.

The group offered the opportunity to meet women with a range of experience - newbies like me, 1-2 years of experience, 5+ years of experience, connections to local people, industry contacts…the list goes on.

Through that experience, I drew strength and resilience, thinking “if they can do it, so can I!”

If you are a female entrepreneur, anywhere in your entrepreneurial journey, I invite you to join us! Not just to expand your own network but to share your knowledge, learn from others, and experience the joy of community.
